Welcome to the Traditional Healing & Spiritual Consultation Practice (referred to as "the Practice", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our traditional consultations, spiritual advice, herbal products (Metswako le Melemo ya Setso), and ritual services.

By requesting a consultation, purchasing any spiritual materials, or engaging in our services, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not engage our services.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all consultation details, personal struggles, and ritual histories in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We will not share your personal details with third parties unless required to do so by South African law.

All descriptions of rituals, unique herbal mixture formulations, social media content, and promotional literature are the intellectual property of the Practice and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Africa.
